Your options include suite-style and apartment-style residence halls as well as historic houses.
All College of Charleston halls and houses have:
- air conditioning
- free washers and dryers
- free high-speed Wi-Fi
- either a MicroFridge, kitchenette or full kitchen

The following pricing is for the 2025-2026 academic year. Hall/house availability is subject to change.
The Housing Contract is a binding contract for the entire academic year (two semesters) from August to May. Housing rates are approved by the Board of Trustees.
