    • You will need to get a free College of Charleston OT permit through Campus Services HQ for hotel parking. The College is providing evening and weekend parking on campus in PG garage. (This is a non-transferable permit. Any abuse of privileges will result in the revocation of campus parking privileges.)

    • Each student receives a 20% discount card for food and beverage purchases (excludes alcohol) at the hotel's onsite restaurant throughout their stay.

  • As you plan to move in

    • The Hilton does not want anything hung on the wall since their décor (pictures, lamps, etc.) will remain in place.
    • Please bring hangers for the closet.
    • There will be a shower liner/curtain.
    • Bring your own kitchen trash can and durable trash bags.
    • The bedrooms are carpeted. Please bring a small vacuum.

  • Shuttle Service

    Hotel shuttle service will run between campus and the Hilton Garden Inn Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. on the 1/2 hour, with the last shuttle leaving from CofC at 3:00 p.m.

    The College's Cougar Shuttle will be available for late-night service.
