99 St. Philip Street is a co-ed (by apartment), four-story building at the corner of St. Philip and Vanderhorst streets. It was completely renovated in 2022. 99 St. Philip Street has elevator access.
Each apartment features:
- two bedrooms housing three to four residents
- one bathroom
- a fully furnished living room
- full kitchen with range/stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator
- washer and dryer
- TV
Exterior construction work will take place in PL and YW lots during the academic year. All efforts will be made to minimize disruption to our students living in 99 St Philip.
99 St. Philip features a large open green space for soaking up all the Charleston sunshine! All apartments in 99 St. Philip Street have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and controlled-access entry.

Amenities and Dimensions
- Bedroom dimensions vary, but typical bedrooms measure 10’6” x 11’6”. Rooms have plank flooring where standard 3’ x 5’ or 5’ x 8’ rugs easily fit.
- Twin extra-long semi-lofted bed: 36” W x 85” L. Mattresses accept only twin extra-long sheets. Private rooms have a full-size bed.
- Desk: 24" W x 24" D x 30" H
- Desk chair
- Chest of drawers: 30" W x 18" H
- Wardrobe: 24” W x 24" D x 72" H. Each double bedroom has one closet and one wardrobe.
- Suites have two or three living room chairs: 28" W x 28" D x 35" H
- Suite bathrooms feature an enclosed room with a toilet, shower and sink. Showers come with a liner that measures 72" W x 78" L.
