For us, answering your questions is personal.

Getting around campus

The College of Charleston is located at 66 George Street, Charleston, SC 29424. Most people will be able to find us by typing that address into a mobile map application (like Google Maps or Apple Maps).

The main campus is generally located from Wentworth Street to Vanderhorst Street and from Pitt Street to King Street.

Campus Services at your service

Campus Services HQ is your one-stop resource for questions about a variety of Campus Services, including:

  • The Cougar Card, your official College of Charleston identification card and connection to campus life. Use it to access events, facilities and services.
  • Meal plans and dining on campus. We offer residential and commuter students quick, healthy, allergy-friendly and satisfying options for busy schedules.
  • Campus Housing, which helps you find your home away from home.
  • Campus parking and transportation: Whether you’re visiting campus or want to learn about employee or student permits, start with us! We partner with the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) so students and employees can ride all their bus routes for free.
  • Barnes & Noble: the College of Charleston's official bookstore. The College of Charleston Bookstore works with your professors to ensure you get the right materials for all of your classes. Be ready on day one with Cougar Complete, our convenient course material program. From clothing to memorabilia to course materials and school supplies, our bookstore has it all!
  • Mail Services: A full-service postal and shipping office located right on campus! Mail Services serves the College of Charleston’s residential students, and faculty and staff. We ship and receive FedEx and UPS packages. And, for more convenience, Amazon has two campus lockers for easy deliveries and returns. Bonus: You can apply for your passport (photo and all) in our office.

Information Technology

Whether you're a new student or new employee, learning an organization's information technology can be daunting. The IT Service Desk is here to help via phone, chat, email or in-person. They also have a knowledge base where you can find articles to help you with some of the more common technology-related questions.
