Housing Availability for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

We’re excited to welcome new students to the College of Charleston and appreciate your interest in on‑campus housing.

Because of a very large incoming class, we are unable to offer on‑campus housing to transfer students for the 2026–2027 academic year.

We understand this may be disappointing and encourage transfer students to explore off‑campus housing resources as part of their planning process.

Off-Campus Housing

We’ve provided an overview of some of the larger housing providers in our area to help you consider your options off campus. These are all located within approximately two miles of campus. These are not affiliated with the College of Charleston in any way, and we cannot and do not endorse or recommend any specific provider.
