291 King Street is adjacent to campus, between Liberty and Wentworth streets. This co-ed (by apartment), four-story building is on King Street above a store. 291 King does not have a functioning elevator.

Each apartment features:

  • Studio, two or three bedrooms, housing two to six residents
  • One or two bathrooms
  • A fully furnished living room
  • Dining table and chairs
  • A full kitchen with range/stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator

    • Bedroom doors do not have keyed locks. 
    • Semi-lofted beds; each bed has a metal frame measuring 36” W X 85” L with approximately 30” of vertical clearance underneath. Mattresses accept only twin extra-long sheets.
    • Closet
    • Desk*: 42” W X 24” D X 30” H
    • Desk chair
    • Chest of drawers: either 3 drawers*, 30” W X 24” D X 30” H or 4 drawers
    • Each apartment has a couch* (33” H X 79” W X  36” D) and living room chair* (33” H X 38” W X 36” D) as well as a coffee table.
    • Dining table and chairs
    • Apartments have limited natural light; some bedrooms do not have windows.
    • Bathrooms feature an enclosed room with a toilet, shower and sink. Showers come with a liner that measures 72” W X 72” L.
