Ready to apply?
- Fall housing applications for the academic year (fall and spring semesters) open February 1.
- Spring housing applications open November 1.
The application-open date is the first day you can pay the housing application fee and start your housing application. You will need to have paid the College of Charleston enrollment deposit at least 12 hours before you can apply for housing. Students apply through the following processes:
- First-year students
- Transfer students
- Returning students
- Charleston Bridge students
- Spring semester only
You can also apply to stay on campus during orientation, live with us for the summer, or find a location to host a camp or conference.
Disability Accommodations
Campus Housing recognizes the needs of students with disabilities. We work with the Center for Disability Services to coordinate proper facilities and arrangements for students with a documented disability to live on campus.
