Warren Place is a co-ed apartment complex with easy access to King Street. It consists of three buildings (1, 10 and 20 Warren) located at the northern end of campus on Warren Street, between King and St. Philip streets. Warren Place has elevator access.

Each apartment features:

two to five bedrooms
one or two bathrooms
living room
dining table and chairs or stools at the kitchen counter
full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove and full-size refrigerator

Suites are shared by four to eight students.

Warren Place is arranged with all apartments opening to inside corridors. Each building has central washers and dryers and a lounge on the first floor and bicycle storage in an outside area shared by all buildings. It has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a 24-hour information/security desk.

Amenities and Dimensions
- Exact dimensions vary with each apartment. The most common dimensions are 14’ long x 10’-6” wide.
- Twin extra-long bed (double rooms): semi-lofted. Each bed has a wooden frame measuring 36” wide x 80" long with approximately 30” of vertical clearance underneath. Mattresses accept only twin extra-long sheets. The headboard/footboard act as ladders for the bed.
- Full-size bed (private rooms): 75” long x 54” wide. Standard full-size sheets required.
- Closet sizes vary but average 78” wide x 24” deep x 96” high
- Desk: 26” wide x 24” deep x 36” high
- Desk chair
- Chest of drawers: 30” wide x 24” deep x 30” high
- Apartments have a couch, living room chair and end table. Couch: 80" wide x 34" deep x 33" high; chair: 36" wide x 34" deep x 33" high; end table: 24" wide x 24" deep x 22" high
- One window: varying in dimensions according to apartment. Average window size is approximately 30” wide x 70” high. All windows are covered by 1" aluminum mini- blinds. We do not allow wall or frame fastened curtain rods, but students may drape fabric from the valence of the blinds.
