National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)
The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) is a widely recognized national initiative that measures student involvement in educational activities linked to learning, development, and satisfaction.
Administered by the Indiana Center for Postsecondary Research, the survey focuses on first-year students and seniors, evaluating how often they engage in practices known to promote academic success, personal growth, and higher graduation rates.
Research shows that students who actively participate in both academic and extracurricular activities gain more from their college experience, enhancing their overall development and outcomes.
