First Destination Surveys

The Office for Institutional Effectiveness conducts a "First Destination" survey of alumni six months, one year, three years, and five years post-graduation. The survey inquires about employment, additional education, and level of satisfaction with the College of Charleston. 

Additionally, the Office For Institutional Effectiveness administers a similar survey to Graduate School alumni six months, and one year post graduation. Surveys are administered online by email invitation.

These results help showcase the career readiness of graduates, the strength of various programs, and the overall success rate of Cougars entering the workforce or pursuing further education.
