Jay Tucker

Jay Tucker is President and Interested Trustee of Weiss Strategic Interval Fund and an advisor to Weiss Multi Strategy Advisors LLC.  He is an advisor to the brand and popular instagram account  @LiveFromSnackTime (630k + followers).  Mr. Tucker is former CFO and Board Director of Subversive Capital Acquisition Corp.  He is the former President and CEO of Weiss Multi Strategy Funds LLC (Broker Dealer), COO of Weiss Multi Strategy Advisors LLC and member of the Executive Committee.  Jay joined Weiss in 2008 as a Portfolio Manager managing macro assets.  In 2003, he opened the macro fund Eastwind Capital Partners LP and Eastwind Capital International LTD.  Jay managed a macro/emerging markets portfolio for Caxton Associates.  From 1985 to 1997, Jay was a director at Credit Suisse First Boston managing local emerging markets trading and foreign exchange.  He worked at Dean Witter trading currencies and prior to that began his career at Mocatta Metals trading gold and foreign exchange.

Jay is an active NFA Arbitrator.  He serves on the Board of Trustees and is Treasurer of Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland.  He is on the advisory board for the School of Business Investment Program at the College of Charleston. He is a mentor for the EFL program at NYU.

Jay received his BA degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and an AA from Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland.
