Cougar Card Portal
The Cougar Card Portal allows you to manage your Cougar Card, view transactions and run reports. Start using the Cougar Card Portal today and enjoy the many features it has to offer!
Features
Account Summary: View the balances in Cougar Cash, Dining Dollars and Promo Dollars.
Account Transactions: Select the account you would like to view (transaction type should remain set to All). To complete the report, enter the transaction period then search to obtain a list of account transactions.
Board Transactions: Your current board plan should automatically appear under board plan. Board Use, Meal and Transaction type should remain set to All. To complete the report enter the transaction period then search to obtain a list of board transactions.
Account Statements: Transaction statements are already configured, up to 12 months. Click on the month that you would like to view.
Deactivate Lost Card: If you discover that your card has been lost or stolen, click on deactivate card. To reactivate a lost card, click on activate card.

Instructions for iPhone users
- Open the App store
- Search for Transact eAccounts
- Install the App
- Select Site (College of Charleston) from list
- Click Azure login
- Enter your MyPortal username and password

- Search for Transact eAccounts
- Install the App
- Click on add a site
- Select site (College of Charleston) from list
- Enter your MyPortal username and password
