Lost or Stolen Cards

Student cards can be replaced 24/7

Misplace your card? Play it safe and deactivate the card immediately – any day, any time – via the Cougar Card Portal or Mobile App. The cardholder is responsible for all usage of the card prior to deactivation.

If you find your card, you may reactivate it via the portal or app. Once a card has been replaced, the old card cannot be reactivated.

If you can’t find your card, you can get a new one at Campus Services HQ. Replacement cards are $30 for students and contractors. Payment is due at the time of issuance. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted.
