Lost or Stolen Cards

Student cards can be replaced 24/7

Deactivate / Reactivate

Misplace your card or enabled device? Play it safe and deactivate the card immediately – any day, any time – via the Cougar Card Portal or Mobile App. The cardholder is responsible for all usage of the card prior to deactivation.

If you find your card or device, you may reactivate your Cougar Card via the portal or app. Once a physical card has been replaced, the old card cannot be reactivated.
