Campus Services
Campus Services oversees campus business and auxiliary services at the College of Charleston. This includes all areas listed below, plus insurance, contracts, real estate lease management and vending. Campus Services HQ is the centralized customer engagement office for Campus Services and the administrative office for Cougar Card, meal plans, parking and transportation.

Facilities Management
Facilities Management provides a wide range of services related to planning, construction, renovation, operation and maintenance for all College facilities and grounds to promote student success and research excellence. We partner with the campus community to create and enhance learning and living environments.

Fiscal Services
Fiscal Services provides leadership and direction for the most efficient use of institutional funds and other resources. Personnel in this office advise and assist the Executive Vice President for Business Affairs on matters related to the business management of the College. Fiscal Services also coordinates and manages the College’s financial matters, including general operation, capital projects, grants and contracts, fixed-asset accounting, accounts payable, billing of all charges and receipting of all income, collection of delinquent accounts, and payroll functions.

Office of Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources provides resources to College of Charleston employees, hiring managers and prospective employees. Human Resources is also responsible for coordinating benefits, compensation, classification, training and development for College personnel. We aim to provide a positive experience for all applicants and employees, and we serve as a strategic business partner for the College to recruit, develop, support and retain diverse and talented employees.

Office of Procurement and Supply Services
The Office of Procurement and Supply Services ensures that all transactions by faculty, administrators and staff, including purchases, leases and rentals of goods or services, are conducted in compliance with state regulations. In addition, this office manages the College’s inventory and supervises the purchasing card system.

Department of Public Safety
The Department of Public Safety, including Fire and EMS, maintains a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors. Our public safety personnel provide crime prevention, event management and police services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
