Campus Services HQ is your one-stop resource for any questions you have about Campus Services.

That includes your Cougar Cardmeal plans and diningcampus housing, vending, and campus parking and transportation. We’re also here to help with other Campus Services programs, including the Bookstore, George Street Box Office, Mail Services and the Sottile Theatre.

  • Bookstore

    Barnes & Noble is the official bookstore of the College of Charleston. We can handle all your textbook needs.

    Visit us for general-interest books, study aids, course-related and general school supplies, spirit wear, clothing and gifts. The bookstore accepts credit, debit, Cougar Cash, financial aid and PayPal.

    Find more information and browse our store at Barnes & Noble at the College of Charleston. You can find us in person at 160 Calhoun St. (main bookstore), 327 King St. (The College Corner) and at the TD Arena Spirit Shop during men’s basketball games.

    Cougar Complete

    Once you register for classes, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our Cougar Complete program. This allows you to get all your required course materials from the College of Charleston Bookstore for a flat fee of $22 per credit hour, charged to your student eBill. There’s no need to shop around! (You may opt out or opt back in until Drop/Add.)

  • Cougar Card

    The Cougar Card is your official College of Charleston ID. All members of the campus community can get their card through Campus Services HQ.

    Connect to campus life. Use your Cougar Card to access events, facilities and services (like your meal plan).

    Carry your Cougar Card whenever you are on campus to identify yourself as a member of our community. For more information, please visit the Cougar Card webpage, drop by Campus Services HQ at 162 Calhoun Street or call 843.953.1100.

  • Dining and Meal Plans

    Campus Services HQ oversees all meal plan selections, changes and cancellations. The Charleston Culinary Group manages all the College’s campus dining locations. If you have any questions about meal plans or dining, contact us at campusservices@cofc.edu.

    Meal plans are convenient, flexible and loaded with options. Your meal plan includes dining locations across campus, with a range of delicious menus. You’ll get guaranteed value, whether you eat on campus three times a week or three times a day! 

  • George Street Box Office

    The George Street Box Office (GSBO) is the exclusive ticketing and box office service provider for all non-athletics events for the greater College of Charleston community. The box office is at 44 George Street in the Sottile Theatre.

  • Mail Services

    Mail Services is the mail hub for the College of Charleston's residential students, faculty and staff. We also support the Charleston community as a full-service post office and passport acceptance facility. We collaborate with UPS and FedEx for shipping. Amazon has two package lockers on campus for the College of Charleston community. For more information, please visit the Mail Services webpage or drop by our office at 89 St. Philip Street, on the street side of PG Garage.

  • Parking and Transportation

    Campus Services HQ and the parking manager administer parking and transportation needs for the College of Charleston. We manage campus garages and surface lots, and we issue parking permits. 

    We partner with the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) to provide free service to all College of Charleston students and employees, on any CARTA route, including the Downtown Area Shuttles (DASH). Just show your valid Cougar Card (College ID) to the driver when boarding the bus. 

    Vehicles parked in a College of Charleston parking lot must have a valid and properly displayed permit.

  • Sottile Theatre

    The Sottile Theatre - built in the 1920s, and meticulously restored and upgraded in 2019 - serves as a performance and event venue for the College and the community.

    We host on- and off-campus events in our 785-seat theatre. Our facility also offers several lobby areas, an outdoor balcony terrace, and a garden for reception venues. From operas, plays, musicals, ballets and concerts to receptions and conferences, the Sottile Theatre is the perfect venue for most any event.
