  • Application Requirements

    Before applying to the graduate certificate in Statistics program, ensure you meet the following criteria:

    • Earned bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.000 in mathematics courses
    • Completion of an undergraduate calculus sequence up to and including multivariable calculus, linear algebra and an undergraduate statistics course. 

  • Application Process

    To apply, complete the online application and submit the following materials:

    • Completed Application and application fee: Select "All Certificate Program" when starting your application
    • Official Transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate coursework.

    Steps:

    • Sign in to the College of Charleston online application
    • Select "Start a New Application"
    • Choose "All Certificate Programs"
    • Upload required materials
    • Complete the application (approximately 30 minutes to complete)

Online Certificate in Project Management

Welcome to the College of Charleston. Follow these steps to access your accounts and complete your next steps as an admitted student.
  • Connect with the College

    Set up your credentials and access your MyPortal account.

    • Locate your CWID in your acceptance materials
    • Log into MyPortal
      • Username: Enter your CWID followed by @g.cofc.edu (e.g., 12345678@g.cofc.edu). 
      • Password: Enter your CWID, your six-digit date of birth and “A!” for your password. 
        (e.g., if your CWID is 90000009 and your DOB (MMDDYY) is Jan 05, 1995, then your initial password is: 90000009010595A!)  
    • Set up multi-factor authentication
      • In MyPortal, you will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication 
      • Open the authenticator app on your mobile device and click (+) to add your account. 
      • Choose work or school account for the account type. 
      • The app will launch a QR code reader. (Allow access to the device's camera if prompted.) 
      • Log into your account on your computer, following the instructions below. You will use your phone to scan the QR code that displays on the computer after you log into your account (step 6 under 'On your computer'). 
    • Update your password
