If you are thinking about off-campus housing, we’ve provided an overview of some of the larger housing providers in our area below, which are located within two miles of campus.
Off-Campus Housing
The following housing providers are not affiliated with the College of Charleston in any way, and we cannot and do not endorse or recommend any specific provider. We are simply providing this limited information as a mere courtesy.
We can tell you that you do not need to find a roommate on your own before contacting an off-campus housing provider; students are typically on individual leases and share common spaces. Please ask the provider about potential roommate-matching services if you choose to go that route.
