Where French and Italian take us

Mentoring like a Shepherd

Francis Hagan is in a Leadership Capstone course in the Department of Communication with Dr. Beth Goodier. As part of this course, she had to conduct a series of interviews focused on leadership and mentoring. The goal of these interviews is to better understand how mentoring shows in practice—through individual relationships, professional experiences, or programmatic efforts—and how it shapes growth, confidence, and leadership development.

Francis decided to focus on Marinella Griffith, her Italian professore.

Francis is an amazing student who writes beautifully.
