Catherine Dadmum
Former FRFS major, Catherine Dadmun (2018 double major in Chemistry and French), successfully defended her PhD in Food Science and Technology in December. Her dissertation is titled "Anthocyanin and Phenolic Profiles of Interspecific Hybrid Grapes and Wines: An Interdisciplinary Approach."
Catherine’s Bachelor’s Essay titled La chimie moléculaire de l’arôme et de la saveur du marché des vins biologiques en France” (fall 2017- spring 2018).
