For the April 2025 event, the Bridge Run Training Program Kick-off Week is scheduled to start on Monday, January 27, 2025. Sign-ups for this program begin at the start of the Spring 2025 semester. The first few weeks are a soft introduction to our training program. You can join our program at any time. After the first couple of weeks, we kick it into our full training program. From there, each week, we will provide participants with a "do it on your own time" training program outline as well as educational support (see below). There will also be some scheduled group training runs. The program is entirely voluntary. Full participation is encourage but not required.
*Please note that participation in the actual bridge run event is NOT required to join this program.
