Carter Real Estate Center

The Carter Real Estate Center is a connector. We bring together students, alumni, faculty and industry leaders through teaching, research and service. Together, we work to better understand the complexities of the commercial real estate market and find practical solutions for the issues facing the industry today.

What We Do

• Promote the College of Charleston’s real estate programs, including the first-of-its-kind commercial real estate finance major
• Develop faculty and student engagement with the professional real estate industry
• Make use of professional development opportunities for real estate industry professionals including ARGUS and CoStar
