Maintenance need? Submit a work order!
Campus Housing partners closely with Facilities Management to provide a safe, clean and comfortable living environment. If you notice any issues or concerns in your residence, you should submit a Work Order.
How do I submit a Work Order?
To request a work order, log into MyPortal and click on the Facilities Work Orders tile. Work Orders can be submitted 24 hours a day; however, they may not be processed until the following business day.
For maintenance emergencies
Immediately call 843.953.5550 and notify your residence hall front desk, if applicable. If you call outside of normal business hours (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday), an answering service will relay your call to Facilities Management.
