Lost Key, Fob or Cougar Card

Lose something? Don't worry - we are here to help!

Sometimes it's hard to keep up with it all. We've made it easy to get back into your space if you lose your key, fob or Cougar Card. Just follow these steps.

Lost Key

Log into the MyHousing/Dining portal and fill out the Lost Key Request Form. Once your room has been rekeyed, you will get an email from Campus Services HQ. Then, during business hours, stop by Campus Services HQ at 162 Calhoun Street to get your new key. Replacement keys are $100 each and will be charged to your student eBill.

If you need a temporary key while your locks are being changed or outside of HQ business hours, you can check out a temporary key from Public Safety.

Lost Fob

Stop by Campus Services HQ at 162 Calhoun Street during business hours to get a new one. Replacement fobs are $20 each and will be charged to your student eBill.

Lost Cougar Card

Just follow these instructions to get a new one. A replacement fee applies.
