Summer Internships in Germany

Founded in 2003 by Professor Stephen Della Lana, the CofC Summer Internship Program to Germany has placed more than 160 students in internships in their field of study in the immersive, hands-on study abroad experience of a lifetime!

Students are placed in an internship in their field of study or interest, including in Medicine (with placement at hospitals), Computer Science, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Music, International Studies, English (Journalism), Urban Studies, International Business, Communications, Marine Biology and a number of other fields!

Students spend three months in Berlin, one in an intensive German language courses and two months in an internship with an organization or company in Berlin and receive 12 credits towards the German studies major or minor from the summer.
