The Student Employment Program assists current students with finding employment, primarily on-campus, but also off-campus.

We also facilitate hiring student employees for On-Campus employers.

CAREER COACHING DROP-IN HOURS:
Fall 2025 Drop-In Hours have ended. Please check back for Spring 2026 Drop-In Hours (updated here by early January 2026). Please email the Career Center at careercenter@cofc.edu in the meantime with any questions.

Offered to current students seeking help with resume and cover letter reviews (including those for class assignments by professors; please do NOT schedule an appointment), as well as quick questions about Career Center resources (Handshake, career exploration tools, internship + job searches, career fair participation, and more). For more in-depth assistance, please schedule an appointment through Handshake (access below in Quick Links).

NOTE: Career Coaching Drop-in Hours ARE NOT held on Career Exploration Fair dates, when classes are not in session (breaks, holidays, or other College closures), or during the summer.
