The Academic Success and Retention Office partners with faculty, staff, students, and families to promote academic success and persistence at the College of Charleston. Through holistic support including academic guidance and connections to campus resources, the office empowers students to navigate academic challenges, strengthen academic wellness, uphold academic standards, and progress toward degree completion.

Drop-in Schedule

Drop-in and let us answer your questions. 
Drop-in meetings last approximately 30 minutes, and are available on a first come, first served basis. 
 
Spring 2026 Drop-In Schedule: 
Monday - Thursday: 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday: Appointment Only 
 
Extended Availability for Midterm/Withdrawal Drop-In:  
March 16 - 19, 2026 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Statement on Discrimination
