Chris Price '91

President and Founding Principal, Price Capital Holdings, LLC

Chris Price is the president and founding principal of Price Capital Holdings, LLC. Price, a 1991 College of Charleston business alumnus, is actively involved in Upper King Street renovations through the City of Charleston's Revitalization Commission. Price is also the founding principal and broker-in-charge for The PrimeSouth Group, LLC, a commercial real estate development, brokerage and management firm based in Charleston, as well as president and former broker-in-charge of The PrimeSouth Development Group, Inc., and director of The Neptune Inn, Inc.

Price has also held positions with Southeastern Development, Inc. as a commercial broker, and Keenan & Hewitt, Incorporated as a commercial agent.

Price serves on a number of Boards, including Charleston Peninsular Preservation Trust, Gavalas - Kolanko Foundation, and Central Business District Revitalization Commission, and he is currently active with the College of Charleston's Alumni Association and Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
