Submit an Application to the IRB
In accordance with our Review Procedures, only faculty, staff, and graduate students may submit an application to the IRB. See the Student IRB Research page for more information.
If you are a staff member or a faculty member on sabbatical, your access to the eForm may need to be manually updated by IRB staff. Email compliance@cofc.edu if you are having issues accessing the eForm.
All personnel listed on an IRB application must have completed the required CITI Program Training prior to submitting an application.

- Email compliance@cofc.edu if you would like a Word copy of the eForm questions to work on under the guidance of your Faculty Sponsor.
