How to locate information about persons registered as sexual offenders with the state.
In accordance with South Carolina law the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) maintains the state-wide sex offender registry. This registry allows for a search of sex offenders by name, city, county, or zip code.

Under South Carolina law (SC Code of Laws, SEC 23-3-465), students who are on the sex offender registry are not permitted to reside in any residence hall.
