This intensive three-day program provides participants with tools and guidance for applying to graduate programs that focus on public sector careers. Students gain valuable insights through engaging workshops on navigating the graduate school process, professional development sessions to hone their leadership skills and carefully curated employer networking opportunities. They will also visit and network with local governemtn agencies and local non-profit agencies, gaining invaluble connections and insight.

  • Lunch with local government leaders and employers

Day 2: Friday, July 11

  • Exploring Local Government
  • Lunch with current MPA students

Day 3: Saturday, June 22

  • Preparing for Graduate School Workshops
  • Lunch Keynote Speaker
  • Professional Development Sessions

Applicants must

  • have an interest in serving the public
  • be approaching final year of undergrad
  • be intereseted in attending graduate school
  • want to serve in a nonprofit or government agency
