We prepare public service leaders.

Upon graduation, you'll have the ability to think critically and creatively about public issues, the dedication and capacity to serve a diverse community, and the skills to enter a professional position in a public organization. 

To help you reach your public service career goals, our programs provide the following:

  • A rigorous core curriculum that provides concentrated areas of study in arts management, environmental policy, nonprofit management, and urban and regional planning;

Our Programs

At the College of Charleston, you can customize your degree to maximize your MPA experience. In addition to the Masters of Public Administration, we offer a concurrent program in Environmental and Sustainability Studies, as well as two graduate certificate options.
