Update to Section 112-50(c) Regarding Veterans

Note: Students applying under Section 62-609 A (5) “Covered Individuals Receiving Specific Education Benefits” (Veterans Benefits exception) will only maintain South Carolina residency status for tution and fee purposes while using the benefits.  If not using benefits or benefits have run out, students are no longer eligible for SC residency status for tuition and fee purposes under this exception.
