Cougar LEAD

A yearlong, cohort-style leadership development initiative designed for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The program prepares student leaders by equipping them with practical leadership skills, professional etiquette, and industry exposure. Participants engage in monthly workshops, mentorship, and experiential learning with Charleston-based businesses, nonprofits, and government partners.
