Honor Societies
The Higdon Center for Student Leadership and Fraternity & Sorority Life advises three honor societies, one recognizing student leaders across campus and two for student leaders who are members of fraternities or sororities.

Omicron Delta Kappa
The Omicron Delta Kappa Society, Inc., the National Leadership Honor Society, consists of over 300,000 members who display exemplary character, superior scholarship, genuine fellowship, and responsible leadership and service in campus and community life.
The College of Charleston Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa currently accepts juniors and seniors who have exhibited achievement in the following five areas:
- Scholarship
- Athletics
- Campus/ Community Service, Social/Religious Activities, and Campus Government
- Journalism, Speech and the Mass Media
- Creative and Performing Arts

Order of Omega
The Order of Omega is a national Greek honor society. Members are chosen based on their commitment to scholarship, leadership and service within the College of Charleston Greek community.

Rho Lambda
Rho Lambda is a national Greek honor society for sorority women. The purpose of Rho Lambda is to honor those women within the Greek community who have been outstanding in demonstrating leadership ability and loyalty to the Greek community and their own sorority. Membership is limited to the top 10% of Greek women.
