Isabelle Grober
Lead Teacher
Isabelle Grober is the Lead Teacher in the two-year-old classroom. She graduated from the College of Charleston with her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. Isabelle is passionate about integrating the arts, music, and nature into the classroom environment to inspire creativity, encourage curiosity, and build connections while supporting the child's cognitive development. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to live music, and collecting sharks’ teeth.
Gordon Grasmann
Master Teacher

Gordon Grasmann is the Master Teacher of the three-year-old class. He received his undergraduate degree in communications from Elon University and his Master of Arts in Elementary Education from New Jersey City University. With over a decade of teaching experience, mostly in the Threes in Hoboken, New Jersey, and a year at Addlestone Hebrew Academy in West Ashley, he has found his home at ECDC! Gordon enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Harper and Avery, and his wife, Trish. They enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, biking, playing tennis, paddleboarding, and reading. Gordon also enjoys watching sports, especially the Mets!
Emily Quinn
Lead Teacher

Emily Quinn is the Lead Teacher in the four & five-year-old classroom. She graduated from the College of Charleston with her Master of Art in Elementary Education and her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. Prior to ECDC, Emily began her teaching career in Berkeley County before spending the past three years teaching Primary and Pre-K at Ashley Hall. She loves creating joyful, hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and help every child feel right at home in the classroom. When she is not teaching, she enjoys going to the beach, finding new yummy food spots, learning a new hobby, and hanging out with friends!
