Need toilet paper, toothpaste or a Scantron for your test? We even have that covered with four convenience stores on campus! Your meal plan was designed to meet your unique needs with the convenience, flexibility, quality, value and healthy options you deserve.

With convenient dining locations across campus, the Charleston Culinary Group at the College of Charleston gives you the variety and value you want. We have popular brands like Chick-fil-A, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Starbucks; three residential dining locations, including the uniquely College of Charleston Marty’s Place; and several convenience stores. Vegan, vegetarian, food allergies – the Charleston Culinary Group has you covered with multiple options for every meal.

City Bistro

Located near the center of campus in Berry Hall, City Bistro is our sleek bistro-style dining location. The all-you-care-to-eat menu delivers the latest in popular food choices and quick service. You can dine inside or on the patio – or get takeout with our reusable to-go box program. You’ll likely see lots of indoor/outdoor special dining events at Bistro. The menu includes brick oven pizza, comfort food, a Farmer’s Market station with vegan selections, allergen-friendly options, a made-to-order salad and deli, a healthy snack station, plus house-made desserts and frozen yogurt to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can also get hot tea or craft your own coffee with King Bean. City Bistro is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday. Bistro accepts Meal Taps, Dining Dollars, Cougar Cash and credit card.
Liberty St. Food Hall

Liberty St. Food Hall is focused on locally inspired menus and fresh ingredients. Food is prepared to order exhibition-style, meaning you can personalize menu options and know you’re getting the highest quality. This all-you-care-to-eat dining hall offers breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week and has a variety of stations, including made-to-order pizza and pasta; salad, grill, and deli stations; allergen-friendly options; Lowcountry favorites, Chef’s Table exhibition cooking and an in-house bakery. Be sure to grab a made-to-order coffee or tea at the hot beverage station while you're there. Liberty St. Food Hall is located in the Liberty Street Residence Hall and accepts Meal Taps, Dining Dollars, Cougar Cash and credit card.
Marty’s Place

Marty’s Place is a quick-service restaurant specializing in vegan and vegetarian menus that are prepared kosher style with all kosher ingredients. Located in the Jewish Studies Center on Wentworth Street, Marty’s is a favorite hangout for students. We are a Level 4 Certified Green Restaurant® meaning that our environmental practices are verified by the Green Restaurant Association, a national nonprofit dedicated to making restaurants more sustainable. Marty’s is uniquely College of Charleston, with a weekly rotating lunch and dinner menu, and daily specials including Thursday Night Family nights featuring Beyond Burgers. Marty’s accepts Meal Taps, Dining Dollars, Cougar Cash, and credit cards as well as mobile ordering!
Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A Express is on the corner of St. Philip and Calhoun Streets on the ground floor of Berry Hall. We serve your Chick-fil-A favorites such as breakfast chicken biscuits, spicy chicken, salads and milkshakes. Chick-fil-A accepts Dining Dollars, Cougar Cash, cash, and credit cards as well as mobile ordering!
Einstein Bros. Bagels
The Market

The Market carries an array of products such as bottled beverages, late-night snacks, fresh fruits, cleaning products, and microwavable meals like Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice soups, and DiGiorno pizzas! The Market also offers a variety of daily-prepared Grab & Go options for students on the go. The Market accepts Meal Taps for select combo items like salads, wraps, fresh fruit and more, as well as Dining Dollars, Cougar Cash, cash and credit card.
POD Express Locations

You can find a P.O.D. Express at three convenient locations across campus. The Education Center offers quick on-the-go options such as bottled beverages, chips, candy, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits and also freshly made deli sandwiches and salads. This P.O.D. proudly features Starbucks Coffee as well! P.O.D. Express at Maybank Hall offers quick on-the-go options such as bottled beverages, chips and candy. Finally, the P.O.D. at the Lightsey Center offers quick on-the-go options such as bottled beverages, chips, candy, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits and freshly made deli sandwiches and salads! P.O.D.s accept Meal Taps, Dining Dollars, Cougar Cash and credit cards.
Starbucks

Need a break from studying and research? Starbucks features delicious, handcrafted beverages and great tasting food. This includes amazing coffees from around the world, and other drinks for you to discover and enjoy. Pastries and sandwiches are made with high-quality, simple ingredients. Enjoy your drink and meal while you work or socialize in our comfortable atmosphere. Starbucks is conveniently located in the first floor of Addlestone Library with a terrace overlooking Rivers Green. Starbucks accepts Dining Dollars, Cougar Cash, cash, and credit cards as well as mobile ordering!
