Billing: Your eBill Statement


Your eBill is available through MyPortal and will display your current registration and billing information.

Accessing & Paying Your eBill


Your online eBill will always display your current registration and billing information. If your fees change for any reason (housing adjustment, meal plan addition, change in schedule, etc.), you will need to ensure prompt payment of the balance. Login to MyPortal to view your current charges and payment status.
  • Receiving your eBill

    ebill.pngYour eBill statement is available exclusively through MyPortal. After registering for classes, you will receive notification of your eBill statement at your College of Charleston email address. Billing statements are not mailed.

    • Login to MyPortal
    • Select the eBill tile
    • Select "Statements" under "My Account" on the top navigation ribbon

  • Authorized Users

    As a parent or other authorized user, you can access your student's eBill through the Authorized Users Portal.

    However, your student will first need to add you as an Authorized User:

    • Login to MyPortal
    • Select the eBill tile
    • Select "Authorized Users" from the right side navigation menu
    • Select the "Add Authorized User" tab
    • Enter the email address of the Authorized User in the field provided
    • Select "Continue"
    • Review the Authorized User Agreement, check "I Agree" and select "Continue"
    • Notify the Authorized User that they will receive an email with login instructions.

  • Make A Payment

    Submit an eBill payment

    • Login to MyPortal
    • Select the eBill tile
    • Select "Make Payment" from the top navigation ribbon
    • Select a payment option ("Current Account Balance" or "Amount Due")
    • Enter Payment Amount and click "Add" to include the payment in the total
    • Confirm the Payment Amount and click "Continue"
    • Select a Payment Method
    Electronic Check
    • If paying by electronic check, review the ACH Payment Agreement, check the "I Agree" box, and click "Continue"
    • Review the payment date and amount
    • Submit your payment

    Credit Card

    • If paying by credit card, select "Credit Card via PayPath"
    • Review payment information and select "Continue to Pay Path"
    • Review the Pay Path Payment Service information and select "Continue"
    • Review the amount and click "Continue"
    • Enter your credit card information and "Continue"
    • Confirm payment amount
    • Review the terms and conditions and check "I Agree"
    • Submit your payment
    • Note: All credit card payments submitted through eBill are subject to a 2.95% service charge
