Lee-Anne (LA) Edwards is the founder of OneinaMil, the only culture driven recruiting firm in the nation. With almost fifteen years of recruiting and human resources experience, Lee-Anne and OneinaMil has helped grow the Charleston tech scene tremendously over the last five years. Lee-Anne and her team recruit talent from all over the nation focusing mostly on technical and C Suite roles.

Lee-Anne was one of the early founders of SPARC, a local tech start up that was just acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton. In her four years at SPARC, she helped to hire over two-hundred engineers, win best places to work multiple times, and made one of INC 500's Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S.
