Arianne Bauserman Mentor Coordinator
Arianne is a certified recreational therapist with a bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy, is a certified Brain Injury Specialist and a PEERS for Young Adults and Adolescent Certified Provider who has been with REACH since 2016.
Support Coordinator | Sophomore Cohort
Casey is a certified special educator with a master’s in Special Education and Teaching and is a certified Suicide Intervention Specialist.
Lisa ChristianDirector of Operations
Lisa is a licensed social worker with a master’s in macro social work and is a certified Brain Injury Specialist, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a PEERS for Young Adults Certified Provider who has been with REACH for over a decade.
Support Coordinator | Junior Cohort
Amanda has been awarded a postgraduate Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Fellowship from the Medical University of South Carolina and has a bachelor’s in Social Psychology.
Support Coordinator | Freshman Cohort
Kendra is a certified recreation therapist and transition specialist with a master's in Special Education and Teaching and is a PEERS for Young Adults Certified Provider.

Nora is a certified special educator with a master’s in Special Education and Teaching and is a certified Brain Injury Specialist and a PEERS for Young Adults Certified Provider who has been with REACH for over a decade.
Administrative and Communications Coordinator
Georgianna is a Certified Suicide Intervention Specialist with a master’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
