Richard Capobianco


Adjunct Professor

Richard Capobianco is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy and Meehan Humanities Scholar at Stonehill College in Massachusetts.  He is the author of four books on the thought of the philosopher Martin Heidegger: Engaging Heidegger, Heidegger's Way of Being, Heidegger's Being: The Shimmering Unfolding, and In Heidegger's Vineyard: Reflections and Mystical Vignettes. He also edited the volume Heidegger and the Holy.  He has taught courses and lectured widely on Heidegger and other thinkers and has been recognized several times for teaching excellence.  His book Heidegger's Way of Being has been translated into Italian, Spanish, Slovak, and Chinese.
