In anticipation of the reopening, we wanted to share important details, including our Division's transition to the newly renovated space.
Division services will not be interrupted during the academic year. Select offices will vacate their current spaces and move into the Stern Center toward the end of the fall 2026 semester.
Starting in the spring 2027 semester, you will find the following offices in the newly renovated Stern Student Center:
The offices at 329 King Street – Division of Student Affairs, Office of the Dean of Students
The offices on 3rd floor of the BellSouth Building – Office of Student Involvement, Student Government Association, Graduate Student Association, Campus Activities Board, Cistern Yard Media
The offices at 26 Coming Street – Office of Student Wellness and Well-Being, Cougar Pantry, Stern Student Center Operations
George Street Fitness Center
Stern Center Hours and Room Reservations
Beginning at the start of the spring 2027 semester, the Stern Hours of Operation will be:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 11:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 10:00pm (exception to special events requiring early, or later hours)
Saturday 10:00am - 10:00pm (exception to special events requiring early, or later hours)
Sunday 12:00pm - 10:00pm (exception to special events requiring early, or later hours)
Stern Staff/Student Ambassadors will arrive on site 30 minutes prior to opening to ensure dining and recreational services aren't disrupted.
Stern Meeting Room Options - can be found via this link to a spreadsheet with room names, capacities and known features. Stern rooms will be added into the Astra system in the coming weeks. Stern will be visible in Astra again at this time.
