Research Interest

Most of my work can be found in the intersection of design theory and graph theory in discrete mathematics. Often, I reduce design theory questions, such as those involving graph decompositions or completing partial latin squares, to graph theory questions. Then, I use a variety of techniques from graph theory to solve the problems. Recently, I have also become interested in extremal problems in graph theory. Specifically, I am interested in Turán-type problems involving finding the maximum or minimum number of edges a graph with a certain property can contain.
