Accreditation

Accreditation Schedule & Information

The Office for Institutional Effectiveness, in collaboration with the academic programs, reviews the accreditation information below annually and monitors changes in each accreditor’s recognition status with the U.S. Department of Education.

The B.S. in Computer Science Program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commission’s General Criteria and Program Criteria for Systems and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.

The B.S. in Systems Engineering Program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commission’s General Criteria and Program Criteria for Systems and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.

Recognition note: “USDE Recognized” indicates whether the accrediting organization is currently recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An accrediting organization may hold other forms of national recognition, including recognition by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, without being recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
