  • What is an Employee Assistance Program?

    The Deer Oaks Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free service provided by the College of Charleston that offers a wide variety of counseling, referral, and consultation services. The programs are designed to assist employees and their families in resolving work/life issues in order to live happier, healthier, more balanced lives. These services are confidential and can be easily accessed by calling the toll-free helpline. Deer Oaks EAP Services is here for you, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

  • Who is Eligible for the Employee Assistance Program?

    All employees, their dependents, and household members are eligible for all Deer Oaks services. In addition, retirees and separated employees are eligible for six months after separation.
