Immerse yourself at Aberystwyth University for a semester like no other!
Explore the Wonders of Wales
A historic seaside market town is the backdrop for a semester you'll never forget.
Honors Abroad in Wales is administered directly through Aberystwyth University. Founded in 1872, it is the oldest university in Wales and offers students a welcoming seaside community, a strong academic tradition, and courses across a wide range of subjects.
The university is located on the west coast of Wales between the Cambrian Mountains and Cardigan Bay, offering a once-in-a-lifetime backdrop for learning.
With more than 100 student societies and sports clubs, Aberystwyth offers many ways to become part of campus life while experiencing the landscapes and cultures of Wales.
By studying directly through Aberystwyth University, you'll be able transfer approved coursework back to the College of Charleston and receive support with the application, visa, and arrival process.
