Honors Abroad in Rome is administered directly through the American University of Rome (AUR).
Since 1969, The American University of Rome has offered an American liberal arts education in one of the world's most historically and culturally significant cities. Courses are taught in English, and faculty regularly incorporate site visits and field-based learning so that Rome becomes an extension of the classroom.
AUR brings together students from more than 60 countries, creating an international community in which students learn across cultures and perspectives. Rome also provides an excellent base for exploring Europe, connecting academic study with broader cultural experiences.

Honors Abroad in Rome is open to Honors students in both the University Honors Program and the General Honors College pathways. Space is limited, and spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
