- South Carolina Human Affairs Law
- Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended
- Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
- Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended
Purpose
These laws protect individuals from discrimination on the basis of protected classes. The College has developed Policies for equitable treatment to ensure compliance with these laws.
