Student Opportunities
Gain real-world experience and add skills to your résumé.
At the College, you'll learn by doing. In fact, 95% of the student body takes part in at least one experiential learning opportunity while they're in college.
In the Arts Management Program, you'll have opportunities for high-impact learning experiences through your coursework, student clubs and organizations, internships, volunteering and study abroad.
Current students should visit The Hub for details.
Supervisors should see the Employers section of this page, below.

Get involved on campus to build your skills, connect with your peers and have fun!
1770 Records
1770 Records is our student-run record label. To participate, you'll need to enroll in the 1-credit hour course, which is repeatable throughout your time at the College, allowing students to stay involved with the label through the duration of their program of study.
The goal of 1770 Records is to bridge the gap between Charleston’s burgeoning music scene and the College by creating opportunities for local artists to share their music and for students to gain hands-on music industry experience in the process. Made up of passionate students from across disciplines, the label, its events, and its partnerships create a hub for music networking and collaboration.
Visit 1770 Records or contact Heather McDonald for more information.
The privilege of having such a phenomenal program coupled with the College's location in a city immersed in the arts creates unique opportunities to directly engage with our local arts community.
