Studio Art Major
Refine your artistic ambitions with a deep focus on drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, or sculpture.
Through practice and experimentation, you'll develop the expertise to set your goals and find meaning in one or more of these media. The culmination of your research will be an exhibit of your artwork installed in the Hill Student Gallery.
Located in the heart of Charleston's thriving arts community, you’ll have access to its many galleries and arts organizations. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to make art on-site in our exciting summer study abroad programs.
Through artmaking, you'll develop creative thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills that will help you wherever your creative career takes you.
