Business Professionals
The School of Business understands the importance of building new skills. We provide executive education, professional development, custom leadership programs, exam preparation and recertification as well as non-degree certificate opportunities.
Business Professional Programs -
Educators
The School of Education, through the Office of Professional Development in Education, offers professional development courses in collaboration with schools, districts and other agencies. These rigorous graduate-level professional development courses meet the academic standards of the College of Charleston while addressing district or organizational needs.
The Office of Professional Development in Education also provides cohort programs for critical need areas. Cohort courses may also count toward an advanced degree.
Educator Professional Development -
Lifelong Learners
Are you looking to continue learning but don't need a full degree program? Non-degree seeking students may register for a limited number of courses as an auditor or as a non-degree student.
Our lifelong learner options include flexible programs for non-degree students, those seeking professional certifications, and adults 60+.

Adult Degree Completion Program
If you started your degree-seeking program at the College of Charleston or another university and are looking to continue your education to earn a degree, check out the Bachelor of Professional Studies program.
The program is designed to provide busy, working professionals with the format and flexibility needed to complete a degree while managing personal and professional responsibilities. We offer concentrations in five areas of study:
